A Fall Retreat is headed your way ...
It’s been awhile since I’ve updated the SpirFit Blog. So much has changed since COVID-19 blanketed the globe and turned our normals into abnormals and vice-a-versa. I can only imagine what effects this (and everything that’s followed) has impacted you… There is a fragility about all of us in which stress and fear can twist our thoughts. That’s why Lexi and I preach (and practice) WHOLE BODY WELLNESS - to keep our minds, bodies and faith STRONG. It’s more than a lifestyle, it’s an Armor that we must choose to put on every day.
So what’s up with SpirFit?
As many of you know, once the pandemic hit, our in-person classes stopped and we tried the virtual route via Facebook Live. This was a humbling trial-and-error process in which we encountered many comical growing pains - from out-of-sync audio to stubborn dogs and absent-minded husbands making cameos! Then, on June 30th we were allowed to return to in-person classes. But two weeks later new spikes in COVID-19 shut down operations again. That’s when, with so many unknowns, we decided to put SpirFit on “pause”.
Which brings us to the present.
As Lexi and I continue our search for a SpirFit “home”, we recognize there’s a timely need to REFRESH our minds, bodies and souls. (And prepare us for the holiday craze and winter cold!) So … SpirFit is happy to announce we are hosting a One Day Retreat at The Cincinnati Nature Center on Saturday November 14, 2020 from 9a.m. to 4p.m. Only a limited amount of tickets are available. The Retreat includes an Indoor SpirFit class, Outdoor Walk/Hike, Book “Reforesting Faith”, Journal, Presentations, Gourmet Lunch and much more!
