If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We do not offer refunds at this time. However, we do offer exchanges on products within 60 days of receiving your order. You can exchange your product if:
- You have received a damaged or defective product
- You have received a product that not the style/color chosen
- You have a received a product that is the incorrect size
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy. If your items do not meet these guidelines, we will not be able to approve the exchange:
- Exchange items must have tags (if applicable) still on and be returned in original packaging
- Exchange items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

- Include your confirmation email or order number
- Clearly indicate the style, size, and/or color of the item that you would like to receive in exchange for your current item
- Send all items back to us at the following address:

- We will do our best to have your new product to you within 14 days of our receiving the original item at our address
- Shipping costs for your exchange will be paid by the customer
